JUNE 11 2007 NEWS UPDATED
Hello Fellow "Foos' heres a preview of some of the pictures featured in The kiss video Chronicles. I am honored and happy to report that None other than Casaboontha "King of the KISS covers world" will be doing the book cover for volume one, and has already sent me some amazing advance rough drafts. it has now been expanded to a two volume set, Index forthcoming, and is really going much farther in depth on the official releases since the addition of photos from mine and other kiss army generals collections and a substantial amount of new expanded text. The 35 pages originally Featured In julian Gills "KISS album focus vol3 roar of greasepaint" have become 50 just for chapter one and probably will be more since i want to include as much info as possible on the official dvds and videos since there really is a lot to report when it comes to contents and what clips were taken from and what extended uncut versions of video originally put out by kiss may exist!! ....its going to be a lot slower coming than intially anticipated But with the amazing contribtions (which i am asking..begging for) This should be worth the wait!!!! I recorded my version of the unreleased Gene $immons song/demo, "Reputation" it turned out well, its high quality, and my guitar player "chris davis" channeled the celestial on his guitar solo...it turned out smokin...most rock n roll I've ever done (as I usually do hardcore punk thrash).
we reallly fleshed out the song, and made it a more complete KISS style song.
The results are stellar with our kamakazie recording approach, recorded in 5 hours.
Info for guitar buffs:
a vintage 68 telecaster and a yellow stained les paul epiphone were used.
16 track digital, mixed and produced by me, with chris davis on bass, rhythm, and lead guitar, myself on vocals and drums.
The song is part of the fourthcoming Sagafoo.com KISS tribute cd entitled, "Got to FOO" .
all contributions for this CD should arrive to me, in CD form By 4th of july 2007.
Last but not least im looking for someone to do the cover, anyone interested contact me.

Now back to the book, which looks more like early next year, and will likely contain pictures and be a two volume release.
Im loving it, and any contributions in the way of original kiss photos are being solicited.
NEW NEWS, updted feb 5 2007 a kiss tribute album is In the works, tentative titles are "Foo confessions" or Foo ya love me, a tribute to kiss.
submissions should be sent to me before july 4th for possible release. the profits, IF ANY will be decided by sagafoo.com members as to where they are allocated, charity, or upgrading the site are 2 ideas so far...although its not likely to be particularly profitable, so well see...

a lot of collecting going on lately, getting a lot of dvds and archiving them, an early draft of the first chapter has FINALLY been published in THE KISS ALBUM FOCUS VOLUME 3, MASS MARKET VERSION, this means the bigger newest edition with the UPC code on the back cover and an added inner intro cover that was omitted from the first printing. Thanks To WWW.KISSFAQ.COM for this information and great honor in including my humble writings in THE ultimate KISS trilogy.
